PRICES: Log Cabin/One Bedroom Vacation Home:1-2 people or 1 bedroom used, $180.00 per night. 3-4 people, $200.00 per night. 5-6 people, $220.00 per night. Quoted prices do not include sales tax. (4% General, 1% Tourism, 5% Total) A damage deposit is required by check or may be secured against your credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Your deposit will be processed to cover missing or damaged items only after informing you. Otherwise within 7 days after check out the damage deposit check will be mailed. Deposit is 1 night stay, prices maybe subject to change.

RESERVATIONS: To confirm your reservation we require a credit card number (Visa or MasterCard) to secure your dates. Tentative reservations will be held for five days awaiting a check for payment when requested. Reservations less than two weeks in advance will not be held without payment. We accept cash, personal check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard upon arrival.

CANCELLATION: If you cancel more than two weeks in advance, you will receive a full refund or release. If you cancel less than two weeks from scheduled arrival day, your deposit could be forfeited. If selected vacation home is re-rented, you will receive a full release or credit, that can be applied against a future rental.

AVAILABILITY: Sometimes acts of nature and other forces beyond our control prevent a vacation home from being available as reserved. Therefore we reserve the the right to substitute a vacation home that we consider equivalent or better for the vacation home reserved or issue a refund of deposit. We will attempt to contact you with advance notification of such changes.

LINENS & COOKING UTENSILS: We provide all needed linens and cooking utensils in all our vacation homes. Extra towels are needed for your water/beach activities. Please contact our office for any special arrangements concerning linens or utensils.

CONSUMABLES: We provide a full supply of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish, bath and hand soap. Spices, salt and pepper is provided in all kitchens, along with cooking utensils and flatware. Coffee maker is provided, along with filters.

CAPACITY: Additional guests should register or notify office. Tents, campers or motor homes are NOT permitted without approval of office. Campfires are NOT permitted without approval of the office.

DIRECTIONS: It is the responsibility of the person(s) booking and reserving the vacation home(s) to provide directions, maps and necessary phone numbers of home(s) to all guests and visitors. This information is sent out at least two weeks in advance by Midway Gulch Office to person(s) booking and reserving home. If the

responsible person(s) does not understand maps or directions please call our office in advance for additional information. Do NOT take this for granted, we have had guests driving around lost in the L & C Lake area.

SPEED LIMITS: Pedestrians, joggers and bicycler’s also use these streets. Please observe a 25 mile per hour speed limit on property.

PARKING: Is provided within several feet of each vacation home. Off street parking is provided for 4 vehicles and office should be notified of large groups of visitors for parking assignment as not to block streets and driveways.

PRIVACY: In order to establish a restful, cozy, romantic setting, we ask that you and your guests respect the privacy of other residents and refrain from loud activities outside your rented home. Parents are responsible for the actions and whereabouts of their children.

FIREWORKS: Should NOT be discharged in or near homes, or in the woods. All grounds around the homes have natural ground covering , which is flammable.

FIREARMS: Firearms are NOT permitted to be discharged on property, due to state and local ordinances.

UTILITIES: All homes have heating and air conditioning. When leaving for the day, please turn off lights.

PHONE USAGE: Local calls are free, but you should have a long distance calling card or prepaid calling card for making any long distance call or Call Collect. The responsible booking person(s) will be notified in advance of the phone numbers of your home, so that guests/visitors can contact the vacation home.

TOILETS: All vacation homes have septic tanks, which will work fine for 25 years when not abused, so please do NOT flush sanitary products, greasy kitchen waste, or any other foreign matter.

PETS: Pets inside or outside the vacation homes are NOT permitted without permission of the Midway Gulch Office.

SMOKING: We request you do NOT smoke inside the home. smoking may be permitted outside, but the grounds around the vacation homes are wooded and have natural ground covering, which is flammable.

MAID SERVICE: All vacation homes are cleaned thoroughly and inventoried before your arrival and immediately following your departure. Extra cleanings and linen changes, during your visit are available for $40 per cleaning.

APPLIANCES: If something should malfunction, we will make every reasonable effort to have it repaired in a timely manner, however, some malfunctions do NOT necessarily justify a refund.

DAMAGE: All Vacation homes are inspected and thoroughly cleaned following each occupancy. While you are occupying the vacation home, you are responsible for missing items or damage caused by yourself, your family, pets (authorized or unauthorized), or guests/visitors. Any resulting charges will be deducted from your deposit or charged to your credit card.

CHECK IN: Check in time is 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival, unless a earlier time of arrival is approved by Midway Gulch Office.

CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10:00 a.m. on day of departure, unless a later time is approved by Midway Gulch Office. Please place all trash in the trash containers, and remove all personal belongings by check out time.

I, undersigned, understand my rental expires at 10:00 a.m. on the scheduled day of departure and I will check out, vacate the premises and remove all my personal belongings at or prior to that time unless specific permission is obtained from the Midway Gulch Office. Any items remaining can be returned freight collect or disposed of at the desecration of the office. I understand that if we vacate early, for any reason, I am NOT entitled to a refund or credit. I have read and understand, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions during the time I am renting from Midway/Gavins Gulch Cabins.
